Most visitors to
Singapore do not need a visa for entry. For more information on visa
requirements, you can check with the
Immigration & Checkpoints Authority or the
Singapore Overseas Mission closest to you.
For security purposes, the conference has the following policies for
issuing Invitation Letters:
● Visa Support Letters will only be issued after your successful
registration.
● Visa Support Letters can only be issued to the person accepted to
attend the conference
Kindly reminder: During your stay in Singapore, if you require a Visa, you are advised to have suitable insurance coverage for emergency medical or other needs.
Please note the organizer is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing
the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after
registration) issued by the conference organizing committees.
Should your application be denied, the organizer cannot change the decision
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore, nor will we engage
in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy of
Singapore on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be
refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
